45 minutes of contemporary (dance) 45 minutes of ballet 10 Front Squats @ 10 kg 10 Squats @ 20 kg 30 Squats 30 Abdominal Crunches 20 Standing Biceps Curls @ 10 kg 10 Deadlifts @ 30 kg 20 Bent-Leg Kickbacks 20 Lunges Pretty good. :)
