    I'm doing a Spartan workout. Today was supposed to be squats, but my knee is affecting my ability to squat properly, so I did 195 lb hip thrusts, military press with 65 lbs, barbell curls with 55 lbs and Scott presses with 20 lbs dumbbells.

    Deadlift, clean and press, bench press, seated row, lat pull, barbell curl, cable crunches, squats. All at 5 reps.
