Thanks for the replies! I think I will try getting used to the "no sweeteners" kind of plan. I like that futuremanda is able to do lattes now without the added. Way to go! It occurs to me that perhaps I have an addiction to sweets (started by the White Sugar) and need to re-train the taste buds. : )

First of all: do not feel guilty. It's good for the older kids to learn responsibilities and to care for others. : ) Second of all, I remember, as a kid, walking with my mom around the neighborhood to help her get some exercise in. Though, with 9 kids, I think you more than earn some walking time to yourself. You Go, Mama!
