  • Honestly when my work tempo picks up, I tend to put diet on the back burner.Weekends sometimes, I'm one extreme to the other. I'm either hitting it hard or vegetating on the couch.
  • I need a mentor!!! I'm 34, in pretty good shape already but I'm looking to step it up to the next level. I'm 5'5" 155, exercise 5 times a week mandatory and some times more. I'm looking for someone to give me tips tricks praise and rough honest criticism when I fall off.
