Look on pinterest. Just type in 'healthy lunch ideas' and you'll get tons of blogs and links that have sample lunches....a lot of them have small portions of meat/cheese/fruit/veggie....sometimes a half sandwich and other things. I would definitely start there for some ideas.

Went out on my lunch break to buy a new shirt or two and I was able to buy a small! I know sized vary and everything, but I usually buy mediums if they are made big. It was awesome to buy a small!

I made a side dish last year for thanksgiving that had chopped squash, baby spinach, onion and a little bit of chopped bacon...sauteed. It was very good, I don't have the calorie count, the bacon probably makes it higher but I did not use that much of it. Yum.

I wouldn't worry, have fun, enjoy the day, eat your favorites. Day after Thanksgiving, don't eat the leftovers, make people take the leftovers. Get back at it!
