same here...I feel like I'm always cleaning but unless I'm down scrubbing floors, moving furniture around etc. (anything that would make me sweat or feel really tired) I don't log it. And I usually put less time than I actually spent because I don't want to over estimate.

I just started the depo shot in February and I gained close to 15 pounds in a little over a month! It was AWFUL. I never really had stretch marks until then. Womp. I was curious if you went to the doctor or if your hip pain went away? I'm having pain in my left hip and it's really starting to hurt when I jog but otherwise it feels fine. I KNOW I need new shoes and I'm going to go get some today! But I feel like that won't be the cure. Thanks!

I started with 50 pounds to lose. Now I'm down by 10.5 pounds and I've had co-workers (who didn't know I had been trying to lose weight) say something yesterday and today! Feels good. Especially when it's hard to notice the difference yourself.

Once or twice a week I used to go to Dunkin donuts and get a medium Coffee Coolatta and two donuts. 1260 calories. Unbelievable. That was for breakfast.

I usually do fruit or baby carrots....I like to snack in the afternoons too and eating just one thing (like a hard boiled egg) won't work for me, I'll want more after that. So I bring some baby carrots (sometimes with hummus), this afternoon I have a bag of cherries. It helps curb that snacky need.

I plan ahead, usually in the morning for that day, sometimes for the next day too. When I get to work in the morning, I log everything I brought with me that day, breakfast, snacks, lunch. I run in my neighborhood and sometimes there's creepy men (or a group of them) and they all stare or smile really big and awkward. I hate it...wish I had someone running with me so I didn't feel like I was going to get stolen while I'm out one morning!
