You can do this- some things that help me with cravings are keeping hands busy - for instance doing my nails or flossing teeth etc. Of course those can't really be done at work- but you get the idea. The results will be so worth it.

Hello- well I'm new here myself. So- I'm actually enjoying logging the foods/exercise so far. It's helped me to realize the different healthy/not as healthy things I had been eating. How about you?
