This.....I am currently fighting the battle with myself right now over cheese.....Love it and had tapered off a bit, but recently took it up again and seem to be finding gut issues......Hoping against hope that it's not the cheese, but deep in my heart I know it is. LOL

I don't use topical magnesium, but I did start supplementing with magnesium after starting keto and I feel my sleep has definitely improved.

I have always weighed daily, so have just gotten used to the way my weight fluctuates....I've actually been wondering what's going on the last 3 days because I have weighed EXACTLY the same each day and that is unusual for me....LOL

I always give a least 3 days for an adjustment period after any event I think might have a negative effect on my weight. That seems to be the magic window for me for my body to return back to the correct weight.

I think it depends on the brand you get as well....Some are definitely better than others.....

Thanks @cstehansen . I will look that over.....I have also looked at the symptoms of thyroid problems numerous times and never could really match up with many either. My PCP just said my right thyroid was slightly enlarged at my last annual so she's keeping an eye on it. Not an alarmist though....

If you have a smaller local meat market in town check there as well. Sometimes they will have bulk buys where they will sell you a variety of meats at a lower price if you buy them all at once.

LOVE Spinach and artichoke dip.....Also jalapeno and artichoke dip. If you can find the right one in the grocery store it also makes a nice snack if you have to grab and go with some celery, or whatever else your favorite dipping tool is...LOL

This....I am going to have to start adding fat before too long as I have stopped losing weight, but body fat is still dropping off.....Not minding it now, but won't be too long before I need it to stop.....
