Before when I would have cheat days they would spiral out of hand and I would end up never losing weight. I do cheat meals now but I still make sure I'm within my range of calories for the day. Don't keep foods in your house that are unhealthy snacks or are your typical go to binge foods. Keep lots of healthy snacks in stock that you know you actually enjoy.

Any time I try a protein drink I end up eating food with it and over eating. I have better luck with protein bars. I'm short on time in the mornings so I grab a clif bar and that works for me.

I have 6 more pounds to loose before I'm my pre-pregnancy weight. I still feel terrible about myself because that weight isn't the weight I want to be. If you're worried about hard boiled just limit how many you eat daily. I like eating hard boiled eggs instead of scrambled or fired eggs. It always just seemed easier.
