Been slacking but I managed to hit my goal for this month! My husband and I have spent a lot of our time at the hospital this past week for his grandma. November 28th 3 miles November 29th 1 mile November 30th 5 miles sucked it up today and worked my butt off to do 5!!!! 30/30 for this month!!!

Yeah I figure even if I don't do an entire 5k video in one viewing and break it up through the day it stilk counts. I even ordered my mother one of her dvds and some portion control containers to help with her diabetes. She lost 20 pounds so far!

Measure and weigh all your food. Log everything you eat and drink. I would say spend at least 2 to 3 days logging everything you eat and be totally honest and then you'll get an idea of what parts of your eating habits you need to change.

Ugh I've been eating terrible this week. I keep ending up in the red even with exercise. I met my goal of one pound lost this week but still I need to get my eating in check. I feel terrible because I know I need to control myself.

Put it in a large ziploc bag the kind with the little plastic piece on top. That way if it falls in it won't be damaged and if your hands get wet the kindle won't. I do this all the time. And the touch screen still works it the bag on it.

I do this too. But I put my daughter to bed at 7:30 so I could have quite time before having to go to bed to get up at 4:30 at work. Sadly these days 8:00 bedtime isn't happening for me.

Seriously considering buying a $15 motivational water bottle. Just for the fact that it has lines marking the time of day to motivate you to drink that much water. Some days I go without drinking any water what so ever. I pretty much only drink coffee and 0 calorie monsters. Which I know isn't good.

I can wear my son and walk for 5 miles without getting out of breath or even feeling like hes too heavy. My wedding ring is super loose for the first time in over a year. My clothes fit better. Face, legs, and arms are all thinner. I went from an XL in yoga pants to just an L.
