Wow! This hasn't been my month at all. Tired, dr visits and housework have done me in on my walking workouts. Ugh. With Thanksgiving this week I don't see much improvement. Maybe I can look at bouncing back on black Friday not by shopping but with a self-imposed workout blitz until the new years.3
