    Goal for November: 5 days of at least 30 minutes of activity.

    11/1.... 41 minutes of the 5 Day Slim Down
    11/2 .... Rest day
    11/3 .... 21 minutes of one mile walk and 39 minutes of a weighted workout
    11/4 .... 60 minutes of yard work = moving biggggg rocks.... ouch my back!
    11/5 .... 45 minutes of 5 Mix and Match Miles by Jessica Smith
    11/6 .... 32 minutes of a strength workout and a 19 minute walk with Leslie
    11/7 .... 32 minutes of 5 Boosted Miles
    Week one, Done!

    11/8 .... 49 minutes of Walk Strong and 1 mile of the 4 Mile Super Challenge

    2 Miracle miles with resistance training. I found a miracle mile on YouTube and did it twice. I like it a lot. I do not have the new fancy resistance band but I do have the other band and followed along using that. This will be a mile I do often.

    I did go on and get this set a few months ago. I am liking the blue band that comes with it. I have some stretchy bands from other workouts, but I have arthritis in my hands and they don't work as well for me as this new one. she really kicks it up a notch in this series I think.

    November 7: 4 miles, Fast & Firm, gazelle & rebounder
    November 8: very light day: walking during errands
    November 9: 5 miles, Miracle Miles, rebounder, 1 Walk Blaster

    @PinkyPan1 & @AnnofB, on Amazon I found the 7 ring exercise band that comes with the MM set. I bought the lighter resistance light green band that is also available, when I bought the MM set last November. I did this so that I can have the choice of which resistance to use.

    I like the 7 ring band, and it is also easier for my hands to use this band than the traditional stretchy bands. I use it with the other LS DVDs that use the stretchy band.

    @PinkyPan1, good for you for doing the MM on YouTube on Friday! and for your golfing miles on Thursday!

    Since I'm starting a little late in the month I'm going to set my goal at 30 miles. If I hit that early I'll adjust my goal.
