    Nov 3: 4 Miles Walk Slim
    Nov 4: 4 Miles
    Nov 5: 2 Miles: I Mile Leslie + I Mile Nick
    Nov 6: 3 Miles Walk to the Hits
    Nov 7: 3 Miles: 5K with a Twist
    Nov 8: 5 Miles
    Nov 9: 3 Miles Burn Body Fat (used the weights about half the time)
    Nov 10: 5 Fat Burning Miles

    38 of 130 miles

    You sure have. I mean, you sure have been walking. WTG!

    November 5: 5 Mix & Match Walk Blasters, Gazelle & rebounder, 90 minutes in the garden
    November 6: Walk Strong (express series) strength, 3 miles of Super Challenge (express series), 2 Walk Blasters
    November 7: 4 miles, Fast & Firm, gazelle & rebounder
    November 8: very light day: walking during errands
    November 9: 5 miles, Miracle Miles, rebounder, 1 Walk Blaster
    November 10: 3 LS Mix & Match Walk Blasters for a lighter day.

    Since I'm starting a little late in the month I'm going to set my goal at 30 miles. If I hit that early I'll adjust my goal.

    Wow! This hasn't been my month at all. Tired, dr visits and housework have done me in on my walking workouts. Ugh. With Thanksgiving this week I don't see much improvement. Maybe I can look at bouncing back on black Friday not by shopping but with a self-imposed workout blitz until the new years.
