Day 2 Today i did 49 minutes of brisk walking. This was at lunch time between classes. It was challenging because i was wearing tight clothes, uncomfortable flats and felt tired but am glad i did it. I feel quite worried about this daily exercise.. yikes!

Personally what ever diet you choose will work. It will work IF you stick with it. Whether or not you will stick to it involves whether it is realistic enough and if you can keep the techniques along with you for the long term.

I searched up sleep apnoea symptoms, the ones i get are sore throat in morning sometimes, sometimes a blocked nose at night and waking up frequently as well as daytime tiredness

have you tried different ways of eating? Like getting in some more fats. it may fill you up. There are tactics out there you could try like adding in fats, proteins, fibre ect :) You can do it! Sometimes a nice hot drink helps, i like milo.

how does one even eat that without it ending up on the table or swallowing a shell.. or trying to pick the shellfish out the shell with your fork without the shell going flying... looks amazing though :wink:

I wouldn't consider oats calorific, and they are so fulling i don't know how you manage to eat that amount.

I dunno, i don't have a lot of friends and i am quiet in my class so i shouldn't expect too much fuss over it. If someone kicks up a fuss i'll shoot them the death stare lol.
