Okay well you can always get your thyroid tested, that would indicate why you don't lose weight since you say you eat very little. However, just weigh everything you eat for accurate calorie measurement. You don't have to exercise to lose weight its just calorie in calorie out.

why don't you just start on incorporating more vegan food into your diet before you give up meat/dairy. Slowly try to get used to vegan sources of protein. Remember a slow start is better.

you aint getting bigger doing no body pump class unless you are in a calorie surplus. low reps of high weight is better than high reps of low weight for gaining strength.
