When I sweated....wow...he needs to pay attention in English more than biology. .... You lose weight from sweat. Water weight. The second you take a drink of water. You gain it back....IT'S NOT FAT!!!

Sweat is just water, sugars, salt ect....not fat....when. you sweat you lose a little water weight which you just regain by rehydrating....BUT the actual "fat burn" comes from what you do when you sweat.....if you sit in a sauna for 2 hours you will lose a lot of water weight....good for dropping quick for a weigh in or…

I have never used weight watchers, but I know there are tons of people who successfully lose weight without it. This is a free site/app and you've got all of us on here to help keep you motivated and accountable!! If I were you I'd stop paying for it. But that's just me. If it works for you then do what works.

Another thing I've learned in my many diet journeys, is if you are craving something, whether it's a banana or a scoop of icecream, go ahead and have it. It's better to allow yourself what you want every once in a while, than to keep yourself from what you want then binge eating for 3 days cuz you gave in.

Not sure which of the products you are considering trying, and I haven't tried this brand, but I can tell you from experience the "weightless pills" are a bunch of bull....controlling your diet and exercise. That's how you lose weight

I ignore my sugar "goal" because most of my sugars come from fruit! I eat a LOT of fruit. But if your staying within your calorie goal I wouldn't worry about it at all!

I lost 12 pounds in my first 2 weeks...10 pounds in 2 months is totally possible. If you drink lots of soda, cut it out and drink water, that'll shed a lot quickly...also eat smarter and portion control! You can do it!

My food scale is in front of my microwave, so I keep my phone on top of my microwave and my food on the counter...plus I often rinse/wash my hands while cooking so very little food gets on my phone

I don't know anything about this, but I highly doubt it is possible to reduce calories in a food just by cooling it.

Fruit usually fills me, I usually eat it with something else, protein shake or something but even as a snack it curbs my appetite
