Started using runkeeper today! It shows I burned 335 calories walking 12.25mins per kilometers and I walked for 6kilometres. The myfitnesspal enter I used to do earlier used to add up to only 224 calories for the same time. Any ideas what should I enter?

Depends on how tall you are and whats your age? To be honest if your 5.3" and below its ok for 1100 calorie intake if u have a desk job or something like that but 0- less activities

Tea is 100ml, butter milk is 150ml etc etc and how do u edit the cup, it always mentions cups there, how do u enter grams

For eg rice eaten it is mentioned 187ml, i measurement the rice intake(which is 187ml)

Calorie intake was 1200 and if you see i have been eating 1200-1245 calories per day, everything is accounted for Tea coffee milk 1 drop of honey everything, not missed a thing.

So basically i can have healthy food in my calorie count but throw in a junk food once in a while so i can still stay on the low calorie intake but not give up on it cause my food craving are getting satisfied oncein a while ;)
