1200calories vs 2000calories
My calorie intake has been 1200 from Jan'19 to March'19( I am 5.3 and was 68kg) I lost about 3 kgs in Jan and I am guessing that's water weight. After which till March I lost nothing more. Calculator question
So I need 1570 calories to maintain at 130lbs 5.3" and less of that is 1070 and I lose apps 250-300 exercising.So how much should my calories per day be set at ? Right now its at 1070 is that correct or I have it wrong cause It says in red at the end of the day that I am eating less. See my diary for better explanation
