So I need 1570 calories to maintain at 130lbs 5.3" and less of that is 1070 and I lose apps 250-300 exercising. So how much should my calories per day be set at ?
Right now its at 1070 is that correct or I have it wrong cause It says in red at the end of the day that I am eating less.

See my diary for better explanation

If you are using the MFP way ..you are suppose to eat your exercise calories since MFP does not include them but since MFP overestimates exercise calories most people only eat 50 to 75% back ....I personally do the TDEE method where exercise is included (scoobysworkshop.com) I find it easier

Right now your diary isn't public, so others can't view it.

But most likely the issue is that you are exceeding the lower limit MFP sets of 1200 calories. At your weight it might be suggested that a slower loss rate is safer, as most loss rates are based on a percentage of your weight. So a heavier person might be able to lose 2-3 lbs a week safely, but someone already smaller and lighter such as yourself is often advised to keep the calorie deficit smaller.

You'll may find it easier to set a smaller calorie deficit. You only have 13 pounds to lose. Why don't you aim for 250 calorie deficit per day, which will give you 1320 per day, plus how ever much of your exercise calories you choose to eat back. If you are confident that your burn is actually 250-300 calories feel free to eat them all back.

It will take you longer to lose the weight, but the journey should be more comfortable for you, and you'll probably find it much easier to transition to maintenance and keep the weight off.

The red indicates that you went over your calorie goal for the day, or any specific macro goal. But keep in mind that includes your weight loss goal factored in. So really if you have your weight loss goal set for 1 lb a week, then if you are over anything less than 500 calories you should still be in deficit, and if anything slowly losing weight.

I don't know if that first sentence makes no sense or if it's using terminology I don't understand.

Plug your info into the MFP and follow the instructions.
