Basically my metabolism had adjusted to 1200( or whatever it was) hence I wasn't loosing weight, slowly increasing my calories to 2000 gave me a ball park figure of my maintenance calories. Now reducing it by 100-200 calories will show me if my weight even fluctuated.

To be honest I don't count every single thing to the T but try my self to log in as much as possible

Fitbit gives me about 2000 calories burnt per day (incl BMR) + the weight lifting ( which I don't count due to inaccuracy of food logs)

The reason I am not loosing weight is the difference between my calories consumer and calories spent is high. So I was consumping 1200 calories and spending about 2000 calories so the difference is just 800 calories and the minimum a person need is 1200. Well I had a trial day with a personal trainer(always prefer doing a trial session to see if your comfortable)and i liked it so hired him.
