Daily protein target

Depending on individual protien intake required per day what is your personal appx protien intake percentage, are u able to met the target per day or do u struggle, i also want to know if the days ur protien intake is upto mark do u lose lbs faster then the days you are low on protien intake, also if ur protien intake is upto mark what is your daily meals per day like to have an overall idea, thank u all for your feedback, p.s.idk why but the day i eat an ice cream or some sweet i lose lbs the next day, lol idk if it works in some way or am i just dreaming(these have been days i have eaten more then my target, Still lost weight the next day)

    I am for 120 grams per day. I just looked at my last week and I averaged 132 grams. Percentage-wise, that would be 26%. I hit my target most days. When I fall short, it is not usually by much and that is easily made up by the other days because I often go over. I have never noted a correlation between correlation between losing weight and the amount of protein I eat. This is what I ate yesterday (pretty typical):

    Breakfast
    2 slices bread
    3 eggs
    1 cup 2% milk
    115 grams pineapple

    Lunch
    4.53 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
    1.55 oz yellow bell pepper
    1 Kashi chocolate almond sea salt bar

    Dinner
    6.1 oz. meatloaf
    .5 cup turnip greens
    1/2 cup mashed potatoes

    Snacks
    1 150 gram container 2% yogurt w/honey
    46 grams Cheez-its crackers
