I need to cook my own food everyday! and as of snacks I need to keep healthy ones and throw the cookies and donuts out of sight. I've been solely focusing on exercise and letting diet go when its diet that I really need to work on right…

Well, that's where I also need help with. I have no idea how much macros I should be eating. I feel like I'm eating enough and I do eat healthy.

I do mostly strength training circuit exercises. Like.. kayla itsines program or emily skye, and on liss days I do hiit or lift weights at the gym. I skip liss all together because I feel like it's a waste of time. I don't keep track of my macros or calories, I just eat when I'm hungry.

I have drink too much water before (2-3L), and I get dizzy and light headed because of that. I guess too much water can cause your body to not absorb much nutrients from the food. Now, I just drink when I'm thirsty and I don't have that problem anymore.

Try blogilates on youtube. Look on the playlist. She has a workout routine for each day.. you can do those without making a lot of noises. Good luck!
