Great idea to add accountability. Thank you. My commitments: 1) an hour of exercise each day (which is doable since I am not at work this week) 2) do all 3 "couch to 5K" week 1 workouts (I get to count these towards goal #1). 3) eat less than 1500 calories, irrespective of calories earned exercising.
