  • Your plan looks good but I would suggest that you are practicing burpees, Spartan style, along your run. I usually stop every mile on my 3 mile run and do 10-15.   • Did that race last year...it was tough! That's why I'm getting serious about dropping weight. I want to beat my times from last year. Spartans never do obstacles alone (unless you're an elite), add me and maybe we can lose that weight.
  • I read an article that stated when one starts a new routine, muscle fibers break down and for lack of better words, the water you drink fills the spaces. So you gain a bit of weight initially. Be patient, stick with the routine, use this app to track your food and usually 2-3 weeks later, your body will adjust.
