Check out Peloton on YouTube. If you like riding or spin in your home, this is awesome. I have one and it's been a life changer. There is also an app you can get for the bike that you already have for the live classes. Cool concept.

I ordered the bike back in November and it was delivered and set up 10 days later. There was an issue with a sensor that went bad but Peloton overnighted the new one and gave me 2 more months of my subscription for free due to the inconvenience. I read an article that stated when one starts a new routine, muscle fibers break down and for lack of better words, the water you drink fills the spaces. So you gain a bit of weight initially. Be patient, stick with the routine, use this app to track your food and usually 2-3 weeks later, your body will adjust.

Hi everyone, is this page still active? I just got my bike last month and I love it! I'm usually riding in the live classes and go by "Rowdy" on the leaderboard.

So far this bike is addicting and the calorie burn in 45 minutes is between 700-800! I have been doing this now for about a month but shifted to riding everyday on the 1st of the year. I like to run but the live classes is what makes the competitor in me come out on the bike. I also love Spartan races and this was the real…
