Actually I can lift a great deal and don't need to consume more calories if I don't wish. I feel perfectly fine. Different strokes for different folks. I wouldn't believe everything you hear based on media and government standards.

Only eating vegetables after the fast and by adding more in.

None of the above. People always didn't have food around them all their lives. You ever heard of the warrior diet? Warriors were in top shape and only ate what they could kill. If they couldn't then they ate vegetables. And most of the time it was once a day in 20-24 hour periods.

I agree, my doctor told me to fast a few days, drink lots of water and flush out my system. And when I was done to start on vegetables. It was physically impossible for me to binge eat after fasting.

Ok... Mr. Wise Guy..... It's known that when you fast your stomach shrinks and in light of that it makes you eat less. Now after a fast is done... Your best bet is to eat vegatables due to the high fiber and it makes you feel fool faster. After fasting it's not wise to eat heavy foods. If you'd like to learn more ab a book…

Definitely agree there! After a fast and going to the gym it's like a burst of energy.

Not small, easier to digest so you don't expand your stomach with heavy foods. Veggies like spinach, zuccini, kale. Not potatoes, those are heavier.

By the way after my fast, I no longer drink caffeine, trying to stay away from it.

Thanks! I always try to keep a positive attitude. It's the best way to live life! Depression use to be a big reason for my weight gain. Always feeling sorry for myself. Pointless, now that I look back at it. I'm just happy I open my eyes every morning and get to see my son and wife

More than likely it's from water retention and the amount of salt etc you consumed compared to before. Days after a cheat day usually means a huge tip on the scale. Weigh yourself near the end of the week and it should be fine. I had two slices of pizza yesterday and I guarantee the scale isn't favorable hahahaha

During the week I've been having a slim fast shake for lunch. I actually enjoy the taste. I've lost some weight. But my typical day is like this. Breakfast - Josephs Flax Seed Pita Bread with natural peanut butter - Mid morning - Greek Yogurt Lunch - Slim Fast - I switch up flavors every other day so it doesn't get old…
