  • That has been hardest for me. I enjoy drinks.. I can go all week no problem. Once the weekend hits Its all over. It doesn't help that my wife is fairly thin and has drinks so then im tempted. I am trying to stop drinking slowly. Went from beer, to wine, to wine/0 cal tonic with vodka or diet coke and whiskey. It's slowly…
  • Thin N Trim lunch meats are lower in sodium. 2 slices of low sodium ezekial bread, 1 wedge of laughing cow cheese, 4oz (or 2) of thin n trim buffalo chicken , lettuce/whatever else. Nets about 250-300 calories with a few hundred grams (200-500) depending on toppings/mount used) which isnt to bad in the grand scheme of…
  • I love coconut milk when making coconut rice.
  • 4 ounces of fat free skinless chicken has about 25-30 grams of protein and is only between 100-120 calories (depending on brand)
  • I've done so many different ones. None of them worked well and if they did it was because I was working out and eating better than I was before. A good workout plan and a good diet will do a better job without harming yourself with unregulated stuff. I stopped doing them and workout and eat healthy and im losing weight at…
  • You can't build muscle while losing weight. However, I would recommend you start weight training. You can retain muscle with a good diet (high on the protein side) while building up strength and learning form. This way when your done cutting you will be able to put on some muscle without struggling.
  • more like grainy texture since it's a ground up plant. I use it in a high power blender and don't have any issues (with texture). I have mixed it with almond milk, it doesnt have much flavor. I would mix that, unsweetended almond & cashew milk, a little stevia, and cinnamon. Mixing it without blending definitely takes time…
  • I've always liked Hemp protein, not very high in it compared to whey, etc, but it has good fiber and many vitamins and essential nutrients.
  • Here's my meal plan for the next two weeks, accompanied with weight training and cardio. Meal 1 - This recipe is to be divided into 3 servings on plan 4 full eggs 8 egg whites 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk 1/2 cup shredded cheese (of your choice) 1/2 medium onion, diced 1 cup kale, chopped 1 medium tomato chopped 1/4 cup…
  • Dark hair, brown eyes and a nice booty. Oh and if she can squat that's always a plus hahaha
  • I got the vegetti pro at walmart. Was fairly cheap and has a few different options for ribbon cutting, thick and thin spirals.
  • Love my spiralizer. When I first got it I went overboard and got tired of it. Now I mix it into a weekly meal plan to change things up. So many ways to get creative! Plus it helps me feel like im eating pasta hahaha
  • I weigh everything. I use to estimate. But it is easy to under estimate, especially adding chicken, cheese, nuts etc and definitely salad dressing, that is the easiest thing to under estimate for me.
  • You can't gain muscle when losing weight. You can retain strength and as much muscle as possible though. There are many things you can eat. Here is an example of the first food prep I ever did for two weeks, then I switch to another plan etc. Meal One ~ 4 egg whites, 2 whole egg and 1 slice of toasted Ezekiel bread 1…
  • Sunday: Biceps & Heavy Shoulder - 40-60 minutes of Cardio (depending how I feel) Monday: Legs followed by 30 minutes on the Cross Trainer Elliptical. Tuesday: Chest & Light Shoulders followed by 45 minutes on the stairmaster - which is usually brutal depending on how my legs felt from the day before. So sometimes I mix it…
  • Split it across 5 meals if you can. Much easier to eat veggies and fruits through out the day instead of trying to get 1200 of healthier foods in one serving.
  • Spiraled zucchini, yellow squash, and carrots, in a lower salt/sugar Fra Diavolo sauce with thin n trim buffalo chicken sausage. Should be good.
  • This is what I had for breakfast (3 servings - prepped for the next 3 days.) Whisk it then bake it in a pie/cake pan at 350 for 40 minutes or so. 4 full eggs 8 egg whites 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk 1/2 cup shredded cheese (of your choice) 1/2 medium onion, diced 1 cup kale, chopped 1 medium tomato chopped 1/4 cup…
  • Isn't that the best feeling in the world? Having an article of clothing that did not fit and all of a sudden it does. Such great motivation!
  • Confession, I starve myself as much as I can during the week (mainly all veggies, some protein, etc, probably average 500 cals a day) and go to the gym two hours a day Monday through Friday, so I can drink alcohol and eat more fatty foods on the weekends and still lose weight. By Friday I feel like a zombie but that…
  • Better on your hands than in my stomach :disappointed:
  • When I was younger my mom use to put me in charge of the task of feeding the cats and a few times I actually ate some of the cat food (wet). Looking back I have no clue WHY i would do that. However, if I remember correctly it wasn't that bad tasting hahahha.
  • I agree with both of you. Therefore I will do both. Jump right in and keep another tab open while reading the past ones.
  • Confession: I'm only on page 61 out of 1559... Maybe I'll catch up by the end of the year
  • I love I.F. Keep up the good work. Eat lots of veggies, water, etc. I try to IF 5 days a week Sunday - Thursday. Then get more relaxed on the weekends. It really does help. Plus you feel extremely full!
  • What time does your husband go to work? Some gyms are open pretty early. Maybe while your child and husband are sleeping you can go. I found it easier just waking up at 4:30 AM and just grinding it out. It has become such a habit now, although was very difficult waking up that early. Just keep at it, know that you may miss…
  • wow some of those Gyms sound great. I feel ripped off hahahha. I pay $45 a month for access to all "Lattitude Gyms." On the first floor a sauna, steam-room, Olympic size pool, hot tub, weight room, some exercise machines, stair masters etc. The bar where you can sit at an order drinks and an indoor basketball court. Second…
  • Married with a kid, dun dun dunnnn... Hhahaha
  • Yes, I feel the same exact way. If I get really hungry during the day I'll have some fruit etc or something real small and lean in protein. Other than that I eat most of my calories in one sitting at night. Mostly veggies mixed with some fish or chicken etc. Works out pretty well.
  • I can't wait till i can start showing more results when it comes to muscles and bulking up, somewhat. Being fit!
