Wow you're doing amazing!! Keep up the good work! There's quite a few foods that help with belly fat; oatmeal, almonds or other nuts, eggs, whole grain, berries. & the most fun thing that you can do or have for reducing belly fat is detox water! I can message you a couple things if you'd like :)

Dark chocolate & Water. The dark chocolate has lots of antioxidants that your body can use & some nutrients. It also sometimes helps with cramps & allows you to have something sweet without binging on junk. Water, to fill any void after that.. Lots of it will fill you up quick!

Set goals. Plan your meals. Get excited about working out. Buy cute gym clothes & a cute goal outfit. Write down why you want to change & go for it! We're all here to help you along your journey if you need it!

I think the problem is going off & on diets. What you would have to do is change your entire lifestyle permanently. It's the only way to lose the weight & keep it off.

I've found that chamomile tea helps! Otherwise I would probably have the same issue! It happens!
