well hello there I'm 19 years old 5'6 and weight 119lb. I visit the gym 6 days a week. My weight at the beginning was 126lbs I have lost 7lbs in the space of a month. My goal is 118lbs I know a pound isn't a lot but I'm still aiming for that! ha. I want to tone up and lose a little belly fat if anyone knows a few belly fat bursting foods that could help me along the way I would be very grateful!

    Wow you're doing amazing!! Keep up the good work!

    There's quite a few foods that help with belly fat; oatmeal, almonds or other nuts, eggs, whole grain, berries. & the most fun thing that you can do or have for reducing belly fat is detox water! I can message you a couple things if you'd like :)

    Yea sounds good I have no support from friends or family I guess because I quit and start so much its been super hard but im trying to stick with it
