Sounds great!! I'm in. My name is Faye and I am from Mississippi. I've found that by logging my food keeps me more accountable and makes me not reach for a cookie when I give one to my grandson. I have also started walking on the treadmill at the gym @ 3.7 MPH for 30 minutes 4-5 times a week. We can do this!!
