Blend silken tofu with nutritional yeast, salt pepper and some plant milk ((or normal milk)). Fry chopped red onions and garlic then add the sauce and frozen peas ... heat up and serve with tagliatelle pasta or courgetti! V high in protein with no eggs. X

vegan version here:) boil one normal potato / sweet potato, one carrot, one onion and veggie stock cube. Once soft, blend the veggies with garlic powder, nutrition yeast, salt pepper, mustard, cashews and enough of the stock water till it's the required consistency. Pour over cooked pasta ❤️

When it's cold, a soy vanilla late and when it's hot, a soy caramel frappecino ((spelling??)) ... but I rarely go out to get coffee .. maybe once every 2-3 months?? Just make it at home and use vanilla, coconut, peppermint flavour drops??

Growing 3 different types of beans at the moment so I pick them fresh in the morning for breakfast!! Boil for 3 mins then fry in a little olive oil with lemon juice, salt, pepper, ginger, a chopped fresh tomato and nutritional yeast and put on toast!! It's amazing

listen to podcasts whilst cooking / working out!! I'm one of those people who doesn't listen to music when they work out. Instead, I love a good podcast filled with information and stuff ... i find it a learning experience and you're getting fit at the same time. Maybe give it a try? x
