Dairy free vegan who eats high protein here :) you can always swap the vegan protein source for meat (eg tofu for chicken) if that serves you xx

Thankyou for the recommendations! These all sound amazing 😍😍😍

Try soy protein isolates? Pea and rice I find to be disgusting and so chalky! Also soya yoghurt as good macros, same with nutritional yeast which gives a good cheesy / nutty flavour! Also try some higher protein pastas / spaghettis to bump up the protein! 🤍

Yep. When I increased my calories, although my weight never changed (I’m on the heavier end of healthy), my body composition changed a lot. But I think rather than bulking and gaining weight I want to start with a cut in order to showcase all the muscle I’ve gained in the past year and give me grounds to work with when I…

30g oats, 30g vegan (or normal) protein powder, 50ml oat milk, top up with water to the desired consistency, cinnamon and zero calorie sweetener (optional). Mix and put it in the fridge, then you can just microwave it in the morning for porridge or keep it cold. Add your favourite toppings I had dark chocolate, frozen…

Any spirit with a zero / sugar free mixer. My go to is gin and slimline tonic, gin/vodka with lime soda, a light bottled beer or just one half pint then start on spirits and mixer. A small glass of prosecco too is a low calorie option. My treat is a bottled beer like an amstel x

Cut out the processed snacks, and eat bigger portions

When you want a gummy worm, have a gummy worm! I craved them last week, got a bag of the vegan Wendy worms from Aldi! Had 1 a day for 2 days, had one yesterday but they’re just sat forgotten about it my cupboard because I don’t give them the power of high reward. I know if I want them I’ll have them which removes the…

Cereal and milk weighted out? I know it’s not anything special but it’s so tasty, and I think people just forget about it because it’s not some fancy breakfast food. I have a sort of “cereal”. It’s 40g of gluten-free high protein rolled oats, soaked in a small amount of water overnight. In the morning I put it in a bowl…

1,200 calories is the recommended for a 5 year old... that’s obviously not sustainable long term. Everything in moderation. People so say keto / paleo / plant based works, it all works because you’re in a calorie deficit! Move more, but in ways you enjoy. Join a running group, a dance class, yoga group, CrossFit, but do it…

If you are deciding to count calories, perhaps look at counting them over the course of a week? So say you’re eating 1800 cals a day, that’s 12,800 calories of the course of a week. And count backwards throughout the course of a week. This obviously won’t help with binging, I think that’s one thing you need help for as it…

This was half eaten lol! It looks much nice when it’s just out the oven❤️ Dice one onion and one bell pepper and start to fry them. Whilst they’re cooking, mince 2 cloves of garlic and chilli (just much you like), and dice some courgette and mushrooms into small cubes. When they onion and pepper are soft add all the things…

It’s super obvious when people do it for attention and it’s quite rare in my gym. Most grunters are so involved in their workouts and focused and you can totally see that in the way they workout. I find that quite motivational🤷🏻♀️ as long as you’re not screaming🤣

I hope you find some suitable recipes for you!!❤️

Currently drinking a vegan hot choccy!!! I used unsweetened soy milk as it’s all I had, but the best is oatly barista oat milk (or any oat milk). And the Cadbury drinking chocolate (check the back!) is vegan:) roughly 150 calories

Banana, mixed berry, flax and soy milk smoothie (174 cals) - it was quite small, but that’s what I fancied

Sauce is blended silken tofu, lemon juice, soy milk, salt and pepper. Mixed into mashed chickpeas with nutritional yeast, curry powder, chilli flakes and sesame seeds. Loaded into a small baked sweet potato with boiled asparagus!

Don’t even hahaha! She’s having a tomato based, faux meat / lentil / mushroom sauce, with béchamel sauce made from probably plant-based butter or olive oil, and plant-milk, layered between lasagne sheets with plant-based cheese between each layer!! Or is vegan lasagne just easier to say?

Hello!! 2.5 year vegan!! I live with non vegan people, when I’m at my family home I cook non vegan meals for them:) (but I won’t pay for the animal products). They do their best and are so supportive of me I couldn’t ask more from them!!! There will always be someone saying how you’re “not a vegan” and I got told it…
