• Thankyou I’ll check them out:)! I fell on the stairs and caught my palm on the lip of the step... I was carrying lots and running and apparently must have caught it in just the right place! Broke my 2nd and 3rd metacarpal🤣🤣
• Add me?? I’m a fan of high protein low carb meals (relatively low carb for a veggie - I’m vegan). The first photo is smashed chickpeas with a touch of mayo, salt and pepper, tender stem broccoli, peas and mixed salad. The second is soya mince, black beans and peas with fajita seasoning, nutritional yeast and mixed salad ❤️
• This is my idea of a snack lol!!! It’s soy mince so quite low calorie but for a vegan I don’t eat too too many carbs! I imagine this being good with lean beef mince though! It’s mince, black beans and peas mixed with fajita seasoning. X
• I’m weak that’s my mum!! She said “imma photo bomb” right before this was taken haha🤣
• Thankyou so much!! I’m quite tall (5ft7) with quite wide hips which could be it💛💛

• Check Kate Flowers and HealthyCrazyCool on YouTube! Kate normally does higher carb and miles higher fat but they both have recently released videos doing lower carb and more protein:) x
•
you talk about eating "pretty healthy" and "vegan" - but these have nothing to do with weight loss. are you eating at a calorie deficit?
I weigh all my food, and only drink water and zero calorie coke when I have something fizzy. I rarely exceed 1700 cals a day, and if I do, I’ve also worked out that day.
• I’ve never been very large! In August 2017 I was 158-160lb and never weight trained in my life! It was then I went vegan and exercised 1-2 times a week. In August 2018 I started strength training and upped my cardio. I weigh my food in grams, but since breaking my hand I tend to skip meals as cooking is a lot of effort…
• Thankyou, I’ll add you! Swimming could be a good shout actually:) (lol I’m no good with stairs - last year I fell down them and fractured my shin, and the other week I feel up them which caused the break in my hand😂😂 - such an idiot lol)
• I easy make 40g+ meals:) don’t be afraid to eat big! 1) 2 wraps with 90g meat free mince, 20g cooked lentils mixed with the mince, 100g frozen peas, 100g red kidney beans, fajita season mix (all these in a non-stick frying pan so no oil is needed). Fill up the wrap with this, tenderstem broccoli, nut butter thinned with…
• Me please!!! 💕
• Oh of course edamame is!!🙈 sorry lovely x
• Normally it’s the mock meats and stuff containing soy but you can use things like jackfruit, banana blossom (if it’s cheap and available to you) and mushrooms to achieve a “meaty” texture. If I was soy free, I would make things like veggie curries using coconut milk, stir fry’s with a soy free soy sauce, and soups. You can…
• vegan here... I eat probably more carbs than the average person and lost over a stone in the process. Just eat healthy and train consistently🤷‍♀️
• Try and make it a lifestyle change, rather than a fitness goal:) you’ve still done amazing, just don’t let this dip make you gain that last 25lb back. Try to set reasonable self goals, eat food that’s going to nourish your body and workout consistently (doesn’t meat everyday, even if it’s twice a week, but on the same day…
• Hey!! I’m 21 and went vegan when I was 19:) when I’m at home with my family I’m with all meat eaters!! Feel free to add me x
• Hey girl!! Whole block of tofu blended with some red or green pesto (maybe half a jar) with enough plant milk / soy cream or water to make it blend. Heat the sauce in a pan with peas, Quorn vegan pieces, salt pepper and nutrition yeast. Serve with wholewheat or normal pasta and broccoli♥️ (whole block of tofu makes 4…
• Fajitassss💕😂 oH or Mac and cheese!!
• I just had my lunch (vegan) and had a HUGE sweet potato chopped into chips, tossed with a drizzle of oil, salt, pepper, agave nectar and five spice. Served with peas and homemade hummus I made in about 1 minute. A whole tin of chickpeas, 2 garlic gloves, salt, pepper and 1.5 tsp of smooth peanut butter ((wasn't going to…
• these all sound amazing!! I'm at home this week and my mums made me the Gordon Ramsey tikka masala sauce with large field mushrooms, rice and sweet potato Bhajis😍 ((they're all having chicken tikka which my brother has blended and sieved as he can't eat solids)) x
• Chopped green beans and tomatoes / mushrooms fried in a touch of oil ((optional shallot, garlic, ginger, turmeric, nutritional yeast, peanut butter)) on seeded toast. Peanut butter, banana and flax on toast. Coconut / almond / spy yoghurt with fruit. Overnight oats with plant milk. Oatmeal with water or plant milk with…
• lots of whole food, cut down the oils, meats, diary and egg yokes. Lots of nutrient dense plant foods ((if you eat meat maybe have it in one meal a day and use leaner cuts)).
• Stir fry, soup, curry, chips and dip!
• The range of veggies out there is crazy! I'm vegan so most of my dinners consist of veggies done a few ways. Always consider what's in season, that's what's going to be the cheapest. My go tos; Broccoli Cauliflower Courgette Mushroom Red pepper Red onion Peas Snap / snow peas Aubergine Tenderstem broccoli Runner beans…
