Me. I use to hate raw tomato and onion i still dont enjoy them by themselves but on a burger or sandwich theyre yummy and in guac. Its nice not being upset for forgeting to ask for no tom or onion on my burger. But other than that i dont bother with foods i dont like there are tons of healthy options i can choose.

I only read your headline. Me personally i love it. I dont use oil often usually maybe a tbsp a day and thats cooking for the whole family i probably eat about a tsp a day myself. It has a high smoke point and subtle flavor and doesnt leave me feeling heavy when i do rarely fry something.

It can depend on your foods that youre eating but yeah i was that way the first 2 months. You just shocked your body. But you may want to up your calorie intake to 1400 calories.

Im making stuffed roasted pasilla peppers. I stuff them with chicken breast, cheese, corn, beans and some salsa. Theyre amazing.

My diary is open always you can add me. Im on a 1450 calories though but use to be 1200. I do exercise so usually i hit around 1550 because the exercise makes me hungry but when i dont exercise i usually stick between 1300 and 1450 and ive lost 40lbs so it works for me. And no im not hungry

I think you just risk injury but you can risk that anytime you leave the house for a run. I try to run 16-24 miles a week. Im not always successful thats to my husbands new work schedule. But as long as you have some rest days you should be fine.

Thank you. I am very proud of myself. I've never really accomplished a goal I've set my mind on ive always been the person too go after something new then get bored and gove up a few months in but i really had to change my mind set and now im ready to keep going with my goals and i really hope my kids can see that.

Depends on what i put in with it. Usually i can only taste the fruit i put in. In the second trimester you should be eating 250 calories above maintenance. But you need to be eating healthier food that is your problem over loading on junk food. Yup. Im at my goal weight at still set at a deficit. Idk when ill be happy with my weight. Im happy when i look in the mirror but not ready to be happy with the scale for the same fear as you gaining weight.

Hes growing which takes a lot of energy so he eats more it will slow down once his growth spurt slows down. As for the protein powder yes ut should help protein is what helps keep you full longer. That and fiber

Just pay attention to the food youre eating throughout the day. You should be able to tell if youre over doing it with the calories. And weigh yourself every couple of days if you see the scale going in the wrong direction more than 2lbs then log again.
