I have a friend just 2 inches taller than me and when she loses weight she looks way thinner than me at 145. So yeah i think 125 would be a great goal for your height. Just stick to it. Its totally worth all the time and effort.

  • Yes i had this issue. You really should be at maintenance since bfing burns calories. And you should be logging your bfing too. I cut my calories when i bf my son and my milk went down and the same thing happened it got better when i started eating more.
