I've been waffling around my current weight. Can't seem to make the number no the scale budge much. My goal is to lose 30 pounds in 5 months. I need all of the camaraderie I can get! Anyone else in the same boat? I just started this app (second day) and I'm finding it very insightful.

I find that green tea is a great drink while on my track to weight loss. It's 0 calls and more flavorful than water, not to mention the caffeine (but less so than coffee) and added antioxidant benefits! I drink 2-3 glasses per day and love, love, love it!
