Keep doing what you're doing. There is nothing like exercising and eating healthier and watching the pounds shed off. You appreciate it more when you work hard to reach your goal.

Watch your calorie intake. If possible, workout(cardio) about 4-5 days per week. Eat smart. Stay away from sugar and carbs(a little is fine) as much as you can.
