I have recently tried Opa Greek Yogurt Dressings by Litehouse. I really like the Ranch and Kalamata Feta. They have other flavors, but I have not gotten around to them. For 2 tbsps it is 60 calories. They are thick so you could add a little water to thin them out and use less than 2 tbsps.

I use raw honey as my sweetner; however, it contains several grams of sugar but it's natural. Since I switched from Splenda to honey, I cannot stand the taste of Splenda. :p

I switched to carbonated water with fruit flavor when I stopped drinking sodas. I like the carbonated fizzies :) .

I use honey in my coffee and maple syrup when cooking. I have also read agave nectar is good, but I haven't tried it.

I have made them before and really liked it. I didn't eat the salad from the jar as some posts say you can; I poured in out onto a plate and it layered perfectly. I am not sure how long it will last because I made mine one evening and ate it the next day for lunch. Nothing in the jar was soggy; all was good and fresh.

I recently made Unstuffed Cabbage Rolls. The recipes I found called for ground beef. I use 7% ground beef so it is not as fattening, but I am sure any ground meat will work well.

I eat a lot of fruit and log everything I eat. I do so that I know the calories I have eaten. I'm over on my sugar allowance every day. I used the fret over being negative for sugar so I switched to tracking fiber. I'm more concerned with how that looks in my diary than sugar.

I never run in secluded, dark areas. Thankfully, there is a nice lake I run around in my subdivision.
