Went to the store yesterday to purchase a dress for an event and purchased one 2 sizes smaller than anything in my closet! It's even a little too big but my mind can't comprehend going any smaller right now :p

I have US sizes 16 - 24 in my closet right now. I am in a 16 now, in fact just purchased a dress for an event in a 16 yesterday. Haven't thrown any clothes out yet, but I'm still on my journey. Haven't been in a 16 since 1998 or so :)

I weigh on Sundays & Wednesdays. I participate in Dietbets so those are my days there too most of the time. In the past I would avoid weighing myself for fear of the number. I find weighing this often keeps me accountable. I've learned not to get upset over fluctuations. The scale is my accountability partner and so far it…

I completed week 5 yesterday! I'm just so pumped because I ran 20 minutes without stopping!! Sorry for the excitement but I've never done that in my life! I was scared but after the warm up, it wasn't that bad. I think the last 2-3 minutes were the hardest, but I pushed through. :p I'm kinda nervous to see what week 6…

It was tough for me too. I finished w4d1 yesterday and the second round of running was rough. Although, I'm probably carrying more weight (and age) than most I finished it! I heard each week is supposed to stretch you just a little, so don't think about the time, just do it :wink:

Week 3, day 3 completed today. Whew, it's been tough but I made it. I'm thinking about repeating week 3 because I had a hard time finishing the second set of the workout. I finished, but it was a push.

I started program on 3/29. I'm currently on week 2. I'll do day 3 tomorrow. Good advice on not focusing on speed. I tried running a couple of years ago and really enjoyed it, but got injured.
