Been there. Did that and would NEVER do it again or advise anyone to do do. Lost a lot of weight which came back as soon as I went back to real food.

Greek yogurt, oatmeal, walnuts, natural peanut butter, dark chocolate, chicken breasts, low sodium, fat free chicken broth. Now that the farmers market in my area is back, I go there for fruits and vegetables.

I have coffee with half and half everyday.,I factor the calories into my daily budget and log each cup. I don't use sugar so it is about 50 cal a cup. Worth it to me.

Ice cream. During the winter months it wasn't really an issue, way too cold to want to eat it. But now that summer is here it's a different story. I too am not ready to test out if I can apply moderation with this particular food.

I use 2 tablespoons of half and half and a packet of stevia or Splenda. I use to drink a lot more coffee than I do now but cut back because I didn't want to give up the half and half. Rather drink less and enjoy it the way I like it.

I'll stop at Panera Bread occasionally. Their black bean soup is low fat and I'll usually get a half salad as well, then opt for an apple rather than bread.
