I have had issues with low Vitamin D levels before. I can tell now, when mine is low because my bones hurt and ache. Especially in my feet and ankles. When I go back to taking the supplements it eases the joint pain and stiffness.

When I say "processed foods" I think of food such as boxed meals, pastas, processed meat like bologna. Foods with additives. I recommend the Leslie Sansone walking DVDs. Also, I use one of the inflatable exercise balls. With it I can do crunches, pushups, squats, leg exercises and a lot more. You can find lots of instructios online for exercises to do with the ball.

I have tried every diet imaginable. I did well on Weight Watchers but for me it became a hassle to count points. Now I am tracking my food intake with MFP and trying to stay within my allotted calories for the day. I am also focusing on eating clean with little to no processed foods.
