This is my Turkey Melt w/cubed sweet potatoes. Didn't come out real pretty but tastes awesome.

I actually did this with both my girls. My mother never did any of this for me & I wish she would have & I made sure to do it for my girls. They are both thin, beautiful, eat right, exercise & becoming college educated. I'm very proud of them and can't tell em enough!

My back used to hurt as well. I started doing a little stretching and started using the Yoga For Dummies video. After about 2 weeks my back stopped hurting and hasn't bothered me since. They have that video on YouTube broken into segments if you wanna check it out.

I like to cube them & mix them in just a bit of olive oil with Monterrey Steak seasoning then bake. Soooo good.
