    I loved them baked until they ooze sugary goodness and then spice them up with Cajun seasoning. Dinner!

    I'll eat a sweet potato just about any way you cook it. My favorite pub has sweet potato fries with bacon and peanut butter on them....they are phenomenal.

    I love that sugary syrup that leaks out of the potato and thickens with baking. I wish that I could produce it in bulk and pour it on pancakes!

    I like to cube them & mix them in just a bit of olive oil with Monterrey Steak seasoning then bake. Soooo good.
