Do you mean where it shows your exercises? If you are within calories? Etc. mine has disappeared and I’m so annoyed!

I can COMPLETELY relate. Lost 60 lbs last year by healthy eating, exercise and counting calories. Been maintaining since December 2015. we should be friends :-) lol

Very sad, I'm sorry. A great partner would be happy for you and encourage you to get healthy. Time will heal this.

This happened to me when I first started using a treadmill and it was TERRIBLE! When I didn't let myself cool down for at least 5-10 minutes. While still using it, just slow down and wait before getting off.. I would also hold on to something nearby for a few minutes when you first get off. It went away after about a week…

I agree, you aren't THAT overweight and you are doing the right things to continue loosing weight and being healthy. I'm also 5'5, my starting weight was 197. I'm now at 137. Healthy eating and exercise work and you've proved that, i'm really surprised at that doctor.

Caramel rice cakes with peanut butter on top, yogurt, pineapple slices, string cheese, popcorn, unsweetened apple sauce, pickles, laughing cow cheese with ranch wheat thins, pudding/jello cups. I'm a snack queen, I could keep this list going for a while but those are some of my favorites

We have almost the same stats, I'm 5'5, started at 197, currently at 144. ALWAYS cold. My normal weight is actually about 10 lbs less than my current and I wasn't cold until this time around losing weight.

First you gotta think POSITIVE. Make small changes, stick with it, and you will see progress. You even being on MFP is a start. Baby steps, slow and steady wins the race. and remember, YOU CAN DO THIS.

Patience is the key. Never give up. Believe in yourself. You can do this. And... DRINK THE WATER

When you have that sweet craving, chug some water. Try to think about something else for that moment. If all else fails, have that chocolate in moderation, as long as it fits into your calories you are good. I love sweets! I know that struggle.
