Stick to whole foods.. An apple or banana are good at kicking hunger pangs. An apple is even known to be a good preworkout source

Back squats require alot of torso strength and help build those "ABS" everyone is looking for. No crunches

Protein in every meal vegetable carbs and some grains or starch carbs with fruit as snack. Ideally that is lol. I Just pick like a fist full of each macro and roll with it.

I try to log my walking and running around at work but only account for half because there are times that Id be at my desk for a minute

Walk outside, some body weight exercises like push ups or squats.

Lift weights. Don't overthink it just do it.

Lifting weights is key. Just go in amd lift. You can do it. Your body will reward you. Take your time with it though, stay focused.

Congratulations on going for the Spartan race. I did it as a motivator and challenge by a coworker and it was the coolest... Wish i had more muscle strength but wqs amazed at what I was capable when it came to the wall jumps. Loved those.. Did the Spartan Sprint at the world finals in Killington VT like in 2014 i think.…

Keeping my 32oz water bottle nearby and just drinking it like a camel in between meals controls hunger for me. But on days that im super short on sleep at work the hunger pangs go crazy especially if it's busy and I'm not on top of my water consumption.
