Also I have the same problem, i'm generally not hungry during the day and then at night I'm starving! I've started to eat less during the day saving more calories for night time :) Also there are low calorie snacks you can eat! I eat a lot of weight watchers and airplane jelly. They're 40 calories for 500ml of jelly! No…
