Don't mean to be blonde but I just read it and still don't know how to work out what I'm burning. I do 15 mins interval on treadmill. 30 sec work 30 sec rest. Then I do 4 mins kettle bell. 20 sec work 10 sec rest for 4 mins. Then kettlebell squats same as above. Then I do 4 mins interval of sit ups. Then 4 mins of slam…

I weigh everything but most things i eat I don't need to weigh. I scan everything on my mfp. I don't put my exercise on it :smiley:
