So my Pt tried me with the weight machines yesterday and today my arms seem really stiff limited movement. Is this ok? Should I be worried. Also have pins and needles sensation too

Been advised to drink protein shakes
Do I need to though? Don't really want processed stuff if I'm honest I would rather a tin of tuna but was told the drinks would get there quicker?
