I spoke with my doctor awhile back. Instead of relying on the scale to tell you. He mentioned that you should base it off how you feel, clothes are fitting etc.

SW 271 CW 264 GW: 160 October goal. Keep making healthier choices, walking the dog on at least 2 walks a day roughly 20 minutes each. My family has a Halloween Party every year. So I will have to stay on track. I will take my kids out for Halloween that will include a lot of walking.

I have quite a bit to lose. I'm setting a goal of so many pounds. When I reach that I will set another one. Personally for me I know it will frustrate me if I focus on the whole picture. So slowly putting it together will help me.
