Excellent advice and I do appreciate it. I've always been kind of a wimp and avoided the weights. But like many suggested and me having a revelation, telling myself to lift more weight, I have been able to increase my weight. This is something I avoided all my life, but I guess its as simple as just pushing yourself with…

That's awesome! Last time I wanted to lose weight I lost 20lbs in exactly 30 days. I find that I could splurge on the weekends, but kept diet tight on weekdays. Got to know your body, but mine allows for quite an allowance for food and beverage.

I will have to investigate the meatballs :-). Thanks for your post.

Have very similar recipe for patties, just has Worcester sauce and a few less ingredients.

Legit wood water rowing machine is my list of things to get, wish the gyms around here had them.

My thing is I want to make sure I can burn them all or at least most off without harm. I love to eat/drink more than my diet is comfortable with. However, I wouldn't feel so bad if I can just go to the gym and work them off.

I'll try and make you a list of what I do. I will look up the names of the exercises. It hurts at the end of the workout. I'm kind of an extreme individual at times, but there are more extreme.

Not anorexic (at least don't think so. I'm 5' 10" and now sitting around 175lbs. Just trying to get some belly chub gone, along with I love how I feel after exercising, and then I plan on bulking up on muscle a bit.

I feel great, other than my legs are burning a bit from some squat exercises I did Monday. I do get very fatigued after about and 1.5 on the machines, legs are a bit sore but nothing major, my legs are my "glamour" muscle.

I guess that read wrong. 2.5 hours on the elliptical at a steady hard pace keeping heart rate between 120-130 for a total of 1530 calories. I did do some other excercises but they are not included in the 1530, those were a bit of walking and the 40 minutes of ab exercises.

That's a good idea. I usually have difficult time taking naps but will give it a try next time. I just need to be stronger and not splurge, been bad at curbing the hunger the laat few days. Need any ideas on curbing the cravings.

I didn't test it, I just felt incredibly hungry and no energy, felt like collapsing when I got off work, I just call it low blood sugar. Excellent little debate we have going, loving the information.

Its done, I did 2.5 hours of cardio for a decent little burn of 1530 calories. Did some walking and 40 minutes of ab workouts. If nothing else, I beat my old record of two hours of cardio at the gym. Definitely feeling a little fatigued this morning, but will be back this afternoon for my daily workout. Thank you for all…

500 in 45 minutes, not unlikely. And I'm pretty in shape. Just some stubborn belly fat.

I understand what the machine says. My problem is I have a good friend that is a personal trainer and for some reason I thought he said I didn't need or want to exceed 45 minutes in cardio a day. I couldn't remember why he said that. I do just over an hour of cardio a day, six days a week. But wanted to make sure there was…

Burned five hundred on a break I had earlier back for the other 800 now, about an hour and fifteen for those.

Just what I needed to hear. I've burned this many before but thought someone told me the body stops working them off or something like that. Thanks for your reply!

Sorry can't edit on my phone. Find that salt isn't completely necessary, nor is vanilla. These do not add many calories so not a huge deal. But if you're ate looking to trim in every area then you can with almost no change in taste. Still playing with recipe and will keep updated with any improvements.

I've actually made some adjustments. About a quarter cup of peanut butter and around a cup of oats. This will put you at around 100-120 a cookie. Super easy and addicting. Been eating them as my breakfast. :-)

Nice choice, watching Slightly Stoopid live at Hang out fest 2013 on Youtube.

Hey there. In the mornings I like to do 3/4 cup strawberries, a small banana, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, and a small bit of red garnet yam, and 1 1/2 cup of 30 cal unsweetened vanilla almond milk by Silk. About 265 cals, tastes great and gets me through the morning.

Looks delicious, I need to go to bed before I start eating off some of this bank of unused calories. Would love to see recipe.

Lost 20lbs in exactly 30 days while on a project in Eastern Oregon. Back on it, but only sheering 10lbs this time. Happy to help if you have questions. My regime consists of a LOT of water, at least half of my body weight and of course keeping my sugars, cals, carbs down, way down, burning around 700 on cardio 6 days a…
