This has gone on for more than a week for me. It is not until the following morning the calories show on MFP. Very frustrating, am tempted to switch to another product/brand.

I log food on MFP and synch with my Fitbit. Simple maths tells me when I am eating more calories than I am burning. I walk a lot (have dogs), and currently can eat 2300-2500 calories a day and keep to my goal weight (reached 4 years ago). I don't eat so healthy, too many carbs. Being vegetarian I lack protein (and lack…

I really don't mind logging every day, and synching with my Fitbit. I reached my goal weight almost 4 years ago, and never gain more than a 3-4 pounds (total lost is 28lbs). I think walking a lot and currently not drinking alcohol for October means I can eat around 2300 calories a day.

I have maintained a 21lb weight loss for over a year, and this is down to balancing calories in and the amount of activity (only walking - am not a fan of gyms, and have a dodgy knee so can't jog). I still can eat pizza, still drink…

I think if you get into a routine with using the app and a fitness tracker can work. While I did not need to lose a huge amount of weight (20 lbs), I have so far kept the weight off by being careful to log my food intake and upping my 'exercise' when I go a bit awry. I hate gyms, and only walk. Taking other folks dogs for…
